Small painting of a bright yellow lemon on a vibrant blue background. The moment I saw the beautiful lemons with leaves in my local shop, I wanted to paint them. I loved them so much that they star in more than one artwork. This one is painted with bold brush marks and cheerful colours. Because of the strong colour contrast and the simplicity of the arrangement it’s the most eye catching painting I’ve created so far.
Designed to be uplifting, perfect for lovers of strong colours and to brighten up quiet corners.

A painting with a splash of colour and a picture of items with relevance to me. But beyond that I love the delicate connection I now have with the painter simply by knowing she studied this object as carefully as I am every day. And the wraparound care with framing and delivery was seamless too!
