Peaceful little oil painting of dried poppy heads in a delightful vintage milk jug. I wanted to paint a quiet, restful painting that brings joy, when life gets busy. To keep things calm the colours are muted and harmonious.
This light and calm painting is designed to brighten dark corners. It comes ready to hang in a white tray frame with D-rings attached to the back. And because of its beautifully solid frame (3 cm) it also looks lovely just propped up onto a shelf.

A painting with a splash of colour and a picture of items with relevance to me. But beyond that I love the delicate connection I now have with the painter simply by knowing she studied this object as carefully as I am every day. And the wraparound care with framing and delivery was seamless too!
